Domestic & International Shipping

- Orders placed at any time will be delivered free of cost to all over the United Arab Emirates within 3 working days except on public holidays. Orders placed on public holidays might take 3-5 working days.
Due to Covid restrictions, shipping times may take longer than expected.
- Orders can be tracked by contacting us via email or call.
- A tracking number will be issued upon confirmation of the order.
- Immediate delivery within one day can be done by paying an additional amount of 50 AED.
- We are required by our credit card processors to ship to card billing addresses only. Shipping and billing addresses must match. If you wish to ship to an address other than the billing address from your card, please call us at +971 56 905 1229 for further details.
- Shipments require a signature upon arrival. Please schedule accordingly.
- We do provide all options to pay. Customers can pay via Credit Card, Debit Card, Cash or by payment link.

- In case of a domestic return, the client must inform 24 Hrs before to our sales representative via email or call.
